At Camera Ready Cosmetics, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If a product doesn't meet your professional standards, you may return it within 30 days of the delivery date for a refund or store credit.

Return Process

  Verify Eligibility

  Ensure your items are in their original, unopened packaging and were purchased within the last 30 days; please note that certain professional kits and clearance items are final sale.

  Submit a Request

  Log into your account portal to initiate a return request or contact our customer service team with your order number and the specific items you wish to return.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Securely package your items to prevent damage during transit and include your RMA slip before shipping the package back to our distribution center using a tracked carrier.

• 4.
  Processing and Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, please allow 5-7 business days for your refund to be processed back to your original payment method or issued as store credit.
